Your Application – Step by Step Guide

You may register on our career website in order to be automatically notified about positions that are of interest to you, to directly apply for a position or to post an unsolicited application.

Step 1: Job search
Here, you have the possibility of searching for vacancies. You can search according to reference number, company division, type of position, area of activity or text (fragments). Click on "send" after entering your criteria. Then click on the position that is of interest to you. At the end of the job specification, you will find a link to the online application. 

Step 2: Data privacy statement
Please confirm our data privacy statement. You can read the contents of our data privacy statement at any time.

Step 3: Opening questions for the respective position
The opening questions concern those questions that are of particular importance to us for the respective vacancy.

Step 4: Login and registration
If you have already received a password (for our online career account), you can log in here. If you have not yet received a password, please click on item "Vacacies and Applications" in order to apply for a specific position, or send us your application by clicking item "Unsolicited Application".  

Step 5: Application and uploading of your documents
Please complete your personal data in this area. The fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory. As a next step, please upload your letter of motivation, along with your curriculum vitae and references. To this end, please click on the link "Please upload your documents here (cover letter, curriculum vitae, references etc.)". A new window will open into which you may transfer your documents one at a time. Then click on "complete process" and you will be taken to the online form. You now simply have to click on "send application" and we will receive your application documents.

Step 6: Confirmation of your application
You will receive a confirmation of receipt as soon as your online application has been sent.

By means of the user data stated in the registration, you may login, change your data, manage uploads or apply for a new position at any time. In your account, you will find the archived e-mail correspondence as well as the status of each individual application. In order to process your application, we require a fully completed online form, a letter of motivation, a curriculum vitae, as well as references.

As soon as you have sent your online application form, you will receive our confirmation of receipt. We will carefully check your application documents and compare your qualifications with the job specifications of the respective position. In checking your data, we may occasionally come to the conclusion that you would be better suited to another position and will offer this to you – naturally, only having discussed it with you first.

If your profile is of interest to us, and we have found a suitable position for you, we will invite you for a meeting in order to get to you know personally.

If you have impressed us in our meeting with you, as a next step we would like to find out more about you by means of an assessment. This is the usual process for most advertised positions. The assessment offers you the possibility to gain a deeper insight into our company and the advertised position. This is the best way to find out whether you wish to work with us.
