Conference languages
The official conference languages are German and English. Simultaneous interpreting is provided during the lectures.
Conference fee
The conference fee is € 2,100.00 (plus. 20% VAT.) and includes the following services: Participation in the conference, conference proceedings, lunches, refreshments during the breaks, participation in the evening programs, dinners, and shuttle service.
For the field trip to Kaprun EUR 30.00 (plus 20% VAT) will be charged.
Accompanying person(s)
For accompanying persons, the fee is € 300.00 (plus 20% VAT.) and includes:
participation in the evening programs
participation in the partner program
lunches
shuttle service
field trip
Payment
Following registration, we will send you a written invoice by EW Medien und Kongresse GmbH in the amount of the conference fee.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation of registration up to and including the 14th day before beginning of event, EW Medien und Kongresse will return the entire conference fee.
In case of cancellation from the 13th day before the event, EW Media und Kongresse will return 50% of the conference fee.
In case of cancellation from the 7th day before the event, the full conference fee is payable. Cancellation has to ensue in writing.
A conference participant may send a replacement of the same company.
Terms and conditions of participation:
We would ask you to remit payment by 5 September 2013. Access to the event can only be granted upon receipt of payment.
