VERBUND General Meeting

The VERBUND Annual General Meeting (AGM) is the meeting of shareholders. In principle, they can only exercise the rights assigned to them by law or the Articles of Association at the Annual General Meeting.

The main tasks of a General Meeting

• Appointment of the Supervisory Board, which in turn appoints the Executive Board
• Utilisation of the company profit, dismissal of the Supervisory Board and of the Executive Board, adoption of the annual financial statements if need be
• Appointment of special auditors
• Resolution on capital measures (capital increase, capital reduction, etc.)
• Changes to the articles of association
