Riedl Energy Storage Plant: Documents for Regional Planning Procedure Submitted.

The project team has submitted the documents for the regional planning procedure to the government of Lower Bavaria.
The first step has been taken. Now the government, as the authority in charge, is examining whether the project is compatible with regional planning requirements, including spatial and supra-regional environmental protection issues.
The documents include all construction blueprints and all expert reports issued so far. At a later point in time, the presentation to the public and the involvement of the citizens will take place.
After that, the result of the assessment by the government of Lower Bavaria will be presented in form of a so-called regional development assessment. Only in the following plan approval procedure will the project's approvability be examined.
