Adhoc: VERBUND AG: Evaluation of all options for Mellach power plant site

Following the lifting of the temporary injunction concerning the Mellach site outage reserve in connection with the existing district heating supply agreement, VERBUND is re-evaluating all options for the Mellach power plant site, including its sale, and will as of now, among other things, enter into negotiations with potential investors.
