Petronell-Carnuntum Wind Farm
The VERBUND wind park Petronell-Carnuntum is located in the municipality of Petronell-Carnuntum in eastern Lower Austria.
The turbines of the wind park at Petronell-Carnuntum have been under the management of VERBUND since 2009. On average, the wind park has an annual capacity of 22 MW and can supply nearly 9,500 households with green electricity. A showcase for regional, climate-friendly electricity generation.
