Terms of cancellation

If the registration is cancelled before the 13th September 2017, EW Medien und Kongresse will refund the entire conference fee. For cancellations from the 13th to 19th September 2017, EW Medien und Kongresse will refund 50 % of the conference fee. For cancellations from the 20th September 2017 onwards, the full conference fee will be charged. Cancellation must take place in writing. The substitution of a participant by a different person from the same company is possible.

Payment

The conference fee is EUR 2,100 (plus the statutory VAT) and includes the following services: Conference participation, supporting documents, lunches, refreshments during the breaks, participation in the evening events, evening meals, and shuttle service.

Following registration, EW Medien und Kongresse GmbH will send you a written invoice for the conference fee.
