Sale of the Spanish photovoltaic facilities

VERBUND, Austria's leading electricity company, and the financial investor IKAV, today completed the sale of the VERBUND PV-portfolio in southern Spain with an installed capacity of 2.8 MW.
Signing of the contracts and completion of the transaction took place today in Madrid; both contract parties agreed to keep the purchase price confidential. With the sale of its photovoltaic portfolio in Spain, VERBUND is sharpening its focus on the core markets in Austria and Germany.
