IMPORTANT NOTICE: In accordance with rulings by the highest courts, the Clauses 8.1 to 8.4 of the General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) for the supply of electricity to customers with a total annual electricity consumption of max. 100,000 kWh and with a standard load profile (as of October 2022) do not apply to customers who are consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) or small business owners (Section 7 (1) No. 33 of the Austrian Electricity Industry and Organisation Act [ElWOG] 2010)!
