79th Annual General Meeting of VERBUND AG

At the 79th Annual General Meeting of VERBUND, Sabine Stock, Executive Board Member of ÖBB Personenverkehr AG, was newly elected to the VERBUND Supervisory Board. The percentage of women on the VERBUND Supervisory Board is thus 50% for shareholder representatives and corresponds to the targets of the Corporate Management Positions Act.

Reappointments and new appointments on the VERBUND Supervisory Board

At today’s Annual General Meeting, five elected Supervisory Board members were reappointed: Dr. Edith Hlawati, Mag. Jürgen Roth, Mag. Christa Schlager, Mag. Stefan Szyszkowitz, and Dipl.-Ing. Peter Weinelt.

Dipl.-Ing. Robert Stajic, MBA, resigned his seat with effect from the end of the 79th Annual General Meeting.

Dr. Sabine Stock was newly elected to the VERBUND Supervisory Board with one term of office until the 2028 Annual General Meeting. Dr. Stock is an Executive Board Member of ÖBB Personenverkehr AG and was previously managing director & partner of the Boston Consulting Group with a focus on the energy and infrastructure sector.

As of today’s election, five shareholder representatives are members of the VERBUND Supervisory Board, while the percentage of women among shareholder representatives is 50% and is in line with the targets of the Corporate Management Positions Act (GesLeiPoG).

Dividend and special dividend for the financial year 2025

The Annual General Meeting proposed and adopted a dividend of €3.15 per share for the financial year 2025: This dividend consists of a regular dividend of 2.00 Ꞓ per share and a special dividend of €1.15 per share.
