Run-of-river plant Hirzbach

The Hirzbach run-of-river plant is located in the municipality of Kaprun in the province of Salzburg.

The small power plant is part of the large generation group comprising the storage reservoirs and power plants of Kaprun and uses the energy of the water-rich area. Every year, the power plant generates around 3.3 GWh of environmentally friendly electricity.
